i want an FREE app that i can block numbers. when i block the number i want it to have either a busy line or a out of service. That way they won't call again. please ?

I suggest you make friends with Appbrain.com. Good place for searching apps. A search on there for "call block" brought this list up: http://www.appbrain.com/search?q=call+block.

... which included these 2 free apps. Enjoy.

I agree with drdoom. That free app is called Google Voice. It does exactly what your asking.
