I have a strange problem. I have two android devices – an HTC Desire and a Galaxy Tab. Both are connected to my Microsoft Exchange/Outlook account. But some appointments are not appearing in the android calendars.

But there’s more…. If I create an appointment in outlook, the appointment appears in outlook and on my Android devices – great! BUT, if I get an appointment from 1 or 2 specific companys, whilst the appointments appear on my outlook calendar, they never make it to my devices.

Can anybody here suggest why appointments from these 2 external sources won’t go to my droids, or if there is anywhere I can look to see where the problem may be (logs, queues, etc)?

Are these meeting requests that don't make it accepted, unaccepted or does it not seem to matter?

Hi,

No, its most external appointments. For instance:

1) Somebody sends me an invite to a meeting from the states, I accept in outlook - appears in outlook diary, not on Android devices
2) I get an appointment on my works email, I forward this onto my own email system, I accept there, it appears in outlook but not on my droids
3) I create an appointment on my outlook, that appears on my outlook and DOES go to my droids

Its only external appointments.
