Notsure Need Help with Touchdown App

Hello all,

I just got my very first android phone. It's a Sanyo Zio and Cricket is the provider. I'm trying to set up my work email (Outlook exchange) using the Touchdown app. I got everything set up correctly (I think), but I still haven't figured out how to make it receive email.

What do I need to do? I'm sorry if this has already been asked and answered on these forums before...I'm just very new to all of this and don't know where to start.

Thank you, in advance, for any help!

Is active sync enabled on the Exchange server? Check with your IT admin to make sure.

I think it is because I was able to get it connected without errors when I used active sync. I can check with IT...but, other people at my company get their emails on their mobile devices all of the time. Would it be possible to have it set up correctly and still not be getting emails?

I'm not sure how your company has things set up but with mine they have curtain global policies set up with Touchdown. Might just be a setting on the Exchange side that need to be set up.
