Default Are there any apps that........

Are there any free or paid apps that u can download from the market that allows you to clear the text messages faster? I know its possible to delete a thread, but there's no quick way to delete only some in a thread. I was wondering if theres something in the market you can buy or download that will help that. Thanks.

If you use Handcent, you can delete all threads of texts by hitting menu button when all threads are shown. Cant get much easier than that.

I have threads that are have over 3000 messages, try deleting them but just no luck, i even left it for 9 hours to delet and it still didn't.

i had to factory reset to get rid of them!

Handcent is good cos it hide earlier messages and loads very few in the thread, much quicker than the stock SMS app

Long press the message you want to remove, then select Delete message. Takes a couple of seconds maybe.
