using skype over wifi by default

Is there an app or setting that will let skype dial out by default while connected to wifi but use the default "dialer" when not connected to wifi. I really hate having to click which one
i want to use, especially when using hands free or blue tooth. It really kinda defeats the purpose since I have to handle the phone anyway.
