I use Titanium Backup (market). What it does is backup your apps and the data for your apps so you can simply restore those apps when needed, such as after flashing a ROM or doing a factory reset. I know it isn't exporting a list of apps like you wanted, but it will avoid having to go back into the market and install apps one by one later.

If you just want a list (rather than the install files) try Easyshare (free). you can email the generated list to your own email and it contains the relevant market links to redownload them or forward to a friend.

Good luck.

Listables can create such a list and export it to a file.

It puts it to the clipboard, how much easier do you need it to be?

Listables works like a dream - it's super easy, and you can also backup your contacts! Great.
