How to prevent tasks killers from killing app lockers in 2.2

I have tried different app lockers in Android 2.2. But those app lockers can be killed by simply using task manager. Is there a workaround. I placed on a pin on those app lockers and included them in protection list (prevent from opening). Is this poor programming on app lockers or it's just the way it is on Android 2.2?
I read those stuff that 2.2 doesn't need task killers. Here's the thing -- I actually have a tablet too that I leave at home and even if I don't leave it at home some friends will borrow it and can re-install task killers. so removing it DOESN'T SOLVE my problem at all. I also do not want to block them from installing (my family at home) because they want to try different games themselves. So in a way, I share this tablet. For my mobile phone, I'm still running 2.1.
Educate your friends then. You'll have problems as long as you insist on using task killers.
Come on people. I need an answer if such tool exist. Don't give me answers which doesn't solve at all. Are we making excuses now for something we can't create or we don't have?
I have considered your suggestion before posting here. And I've Googled as well that's why I was able to read that it's not needed on 2.2. And I have mentioned, I also have a 2.1 mobile phone.
Even if I don't want install it, let's say at home, someone will still try to install it and kill app lockers. So I'd like to know if it's possible or not. Lets say you have a Facebook, do you want them to access your Facebook? I also have Twitter. And I simply don't want to keep on logging in and out or use the browser for that matter.

If you are 100% insistent that you need a task killer, doesn't the task killer give you the option to remove which tasks it kills? I know when I used one, way back when I first got my handset, I could long press the list of running apps and it would give me the option of removing that app from the list of killable apps.
Seriously though, just getting rid of the task killer would be an easier option. They are 100% not needed on any recent version of Android, 2.1 included.
I'd be pretty annoyed if I lent something to a friend/family member and it was returned in any other state than which I'd lent it to them so you could politely ask them to stop?

the tool is balls, tell ur friends what they can and cant do on YOUR tablet. if they dont listen passcode lock it and its their loss. it is urs, you paid for it.
Of course, they could download an apk, so you'll have to lock the browser as well. Or they could put the apk on via USB, so you'll have to uninstall all file managers too, so they can't install it. You'll have to disable USB debugging too so they can't use adb, so put an applock on Settings.
Or you could do the sensible thing and just put a passcode on the whole machine and tell your friends to f*** off
Maybe I should try the pc setup as an example. I have this AV installed. It requires a password to deactivate or uninstall it. All power users can install software and can run task manager. I do want to share my tablet and allow others to install games but I dont want them opening my facebook and twitter for instance. I this is not doable? Is there a tool? That's what I need to know. Thanks.

Except a PC administrator can go into task manager and kill the AV process, and then uninstall it. Or they could download a third-party application which would uninstall it.
That's correct. But at home I'm the only administrator. The Power Users (Windows) can install anything BUT CAN NOT kill a service or process because every time they try, a password pops up. There are anti-virus and firewall software that work that way. I was wondering if that's possible in Android.

No, because Android is not a multi-user environment
