And my Cardinals are going to HURT the Saints this weekend!
I'll post after I get some time to play with it and see what I can do.
Also, I'm betting Brees is salivating after the 422 passing yards the Cards gave up on Sunday. Depending on which Saints show up, could be a bad day for the birds.

This preview 2 takes a lot of practice so ill be posting some soon having trouble with the springboards right now..and for the cardinal vs saints game Larry Fitzgerald. Had almost 100 yards and 2 touchdowns vs a premier corner the NFL has he should eat up the saints unless Warner throws near sharper; ) and if we get boldin back your in for a treat
This thread oas an excellent idea as this app is a tad complex with soooo many possibilities. Hopefully I can dedicate some time this evening to Sweeter Home. Then I'll post some pics.
Ok mines REAALLLLL girly girl. the "home" springboard clears your whole screen so only yur wallPaper shows. i put all my fav contacts in favs. i like it tho
I think when people post their homescreens they should list out in their post what apps they have etc so people don't have to chase around asking anymore Post a complete setup and let us all leech off one anothers' taste :P
Center Screen.
The Calender springboard opens up the calender block that is built into SweeterHome. Calender is Pure Grid Calender. The Apps springboard on the bottom right of each screen opens up the all applications drawer. Vibrate button is Beautiful Widgets (version is no longer available), Torch is Mototorch.
Center screen with Applications menu down.
Just as it says, this is what I see on each screen when I hit the Apps springboard.
Left Screen.
The springboard at the bottom toggles the speed dials I have set up. Each white square is actually a picture of my contact.
Right Screen.
Springboards for my medical programs, frequently used shortcuts, and games.
Top Screen.
Two picture frame widgets and a link to the gallery (2.1)
Bottom Screen.
Power Control widget, PDAnet widget, AudioManager widget, Pandora Widget, and Meridian Player Noble

Wow, the customization you all are doing is really exploiting the openness of Android. This is what Android was built for! Props to those who have posted. That's some really nice original layouts. I particularly like the first post with the bigger icons. I always felt like the icons could be bigger natively.

Sorry, I swore I read your whole post. Might of skipped through the pictures and not gone far enough back up to read the whole thing.
I'm using one of the minimalist themes with my own reconfig, but its nothing spectacular, honestly if you uploaded yours I would use it in a heartbeat.

Uploaded. Thanks for the compliment. I really hate uploading anything to the internet so thanks to the creator of SweeterHome for creating an app that makes me feel like i should share. Odd which picture it chooses to show on the theme download page within SweeterHome.

I didn't mean to be a pain or say you have to list out everrrrrrrything but it helps avoid like 18x posts about a particular app or icon etc. This way you just look at the user's post with the pictures and you get a complete idea of what they've got.
@Joe Droid 150 apps! Yeeesh! I'm surprised you're not force closing all over the place ;P

Downloaded, playing with it now. I don't have any paid apps, but I definitely am going to have to get that calendar app/widget. Its exactly what I've been looking for.

Thanks. I had seen that but had forgotten it was there since I wasn't planning on uploading.

anytime. i had to uninstall sweeter home and reinstall it. the last theme i tried probably wasn't compatible with the droid and it wouldn't allow me to put ANY other theme on. i wish people would put what phone they used to make it. that taught me a lesson.
Anyone feel like posting a quick tutorial on what the different functions are? I've watched the video (probably have to do so again) and the developer's docs are nonexistent.
I would like to be able to understand exactly what each of the "springboards", "blocks" etc. are.

I do not know if this will help, but it may get you started. I wrote a brief method of setting up springboards at the link below.
I've been waiting for this release for a while now
Just curious for all of you who have been using this...how is the performance in comparison to A. other homescreen replacement apps and B. the default homescreen?
The reason I ask is, with 2.1 coming in the not too distant future, I was considering just using the default homescreen (now that it has more screens), I'm concerned how useful homescreen apps in general will be, especially if they decrease performance

My opinion is that it is better than other home screen replacements because you have complete, and I do mean complete, control of your setup. If you want a dock at the bottom, make one, etc.
As far as speed, I have not noticed any slow down when switching screens. It is very responsive. I do have a bit of stutter in the All Apps Tray when scrolling, but nothing major.
There are minor bugs here and there but they have not caused any problems.
It is free, so why not try it out. It is a bit addicting once you understand how to utilize it, and I am still learning.
Downloaded, watched videos, and read posts, but I still have a lot of "how to" questions. Not sure if this is the place to post those. I'm sure a lot of people will have many other "how to" questions because of how involved this one is. So far it looks like the best one out there without a doubt. I love how you can customize pretty much everything. So for now, should we start a "sweeterhome how to" thread?

So, maybeI'm posting this in the wrong thread. but how does Sweeterhome affect battery life?
I was using Home++ for awhile but decided to go back to stock home app and noticed longer battery life. Just wondering if this will eat up my battery like Home++ did?
Why are most of the downloadable themes UNfinished??? And I'm not talking a little bit here. But like, there are some that are only about 10-15% completed. Is it really necessary to share that theme with the world at that point?
I do not see a point in downloading themes from others unless you use it as a template since we all do not have the same programs/widgets installed. Because of this, it appears unfinished. I know widgets are unpopulated so springboards are about the only thing of use.
I think it would be more useful for people to post screenshots, just to give each other ideas. Just my view.
Hey Joe you brought up a good point I've tryed a lot of themes and a lot only use one page. .lets go guys lets start seeing your created themes ill be posting my really soon
And quick question how do you get a wallpaper on the top and bottom screen even now there is no point for 5 screens when using all the springboards?
