Default simple notification sounds

Has anybody found any simple, short notification sounds that are not incredibly annoying. Like a simple range of beeps or notes?

I use the zedge app for notification and ringtones. There are some pretty simple ones there.

If you have a Windows computer, you already have hundreds of wav files for all kinds of Windows notifications. You can use WAV files on your Android device too.

Just do a dir /s/b *.wav > c:\wavfiles.txt or use the Windows search function.

Good luck.

Default seriously

Not everybody wants a notification sound that continues on and on like some kind of attention seeking girl. Just a simple single sound. Not a dumb high school musical every time someone SMS. Also I'd like to point out that of all the websites offering download notifications, none of them are geared towards these more professional simple sounds. There are plenty of dumb Casio ferry jingle crap songs that make you want to punch someone in case you couldn't choose from the billions of those.
