I tried several reminder apps mentioned here on the Samsung Charge and settled on Missed Reminder for several weeks now. The problem is that is only alerts for one email account, the primary gmail linked to the phone. It will not alert for additional emails.

What I need is an app that will work for any missed communication the way Missed Reminder does for SMS. Any missed call, text, email, or maybe even voice mail should be reminded for.

Does anyone know of an app that will do this on the Samsung Charge? Thanks!

If you have (or get) Tasker, there's a Missed Notification Reminder set of profiles in the Tasker Wiki. The only thing I haven't been able to get it to work with yet is carrier voicemail. Right now I'm using for missed calls, Google Voice, Gmail, SMS/MMS, Calendar. Pretty much anything that produces a notification can be monitored and included in the reminder (except carrier voicemail).

Tasker is a paid app, but the above-mentioned profiles are free. If you're interested, you can get a 7-day trial of Tasker from the developer's site.

Thanks - I'll take another look. I saw it talked about in another thread and looked at that site but did not really understand how it would work for reminders. I'll try the Wiki.

I came to Android from Blackberry recently. So far the only thing I find Android is not vastly better at than Blackberry is this reminder issue. I was spoiled, I guess using BerryBuzz on my Blackberry. It did exactly what was needed.
