Default Possible to video chat with iPhones?

Like the title says is it possible to video chat with other operating systems I.e iPhones? And if yes, can I video chat with someone who has an iPhone for t mobile??

This is correct, if tango is installed on both the iPhone and the android phone then they will be able to video chat over wifi or 3G.

Tango, Fring, Qik and Skype if your using a verizon android phone.

oovoo chat with iphones, androis and PCs, using the front camera or back camera.

I just bought a Galaxy S with the Android OS of course, and to avoid having any problems later on I'll ask: both skype and oovoo are free from my mobile to mobile or my mobile to PC/Mac as long as both users (me and other person) have the respective program installed right?
