Default What exactly is Chainfire?
I've been hearing a lot about this app lately. Is this supposed to improve GPU performance? Eg. will a Power VR530 feel like Power VR540? If not, what exactly does it do?

The description in the android market is vague to say the least.

Chainfire is one of the developers over at XDA-developers.com. Among the other goodies he's created, there's a set of libraries that allow games/apps developed around the Tegra GPU to run on the SGS2's Xynos GPU.
