Default How to forward a msg in Go SMS?

Okay, I know this is amazingly stupid but I can't figure out how to forward a text message in Go SMS Pro. I've tried to look for directions online but all I can find are tips.

Go easy on me, I'm a dumb girl with a smart phone. Thanks!

Just took me a while to figure it out, just long press on the open message and "forward" will pop up.

You're welcome. Now that this subject has started, I've been messing around with forwarding. I tried forwarding a picture (MMS), 1st to my cell# (fail), then to my company email (fail), them to my gmail (success!). The gmail I received was from 512xxxxxxx@pixmbl.com the xxxx's being my cell phone#. Who's pixmbl? What are the email "rules"?

I also tried a back-up and forwarded the back-up to my email. It is a .dat file, no evidence of MMS (only SMS). I opened it Wordpad, not easy to decipher. At least it's on SD to restore.
