Question Intermittent Running Timer?
Does anyone know of a timer app that you can set to run for 60 seconds, alerts you then run for 90 seconds and alerts you?

Essentially I want to find a running app that I can set to run for 90 seconds of running, 60 seconds of walking. And continue to do this for say 20 min.

Anyone know about an app that can handle this?

Another search term to use "HIIT" (high-intensity interval training). I know there are some out there, but haven't tried any of them yet.
