Droid48 is by far the best calculator app on the market. It is a full hp48 calculator, so it will take some time to learn.

Convertr is good for quick conversions.

I use this: Androinica Andy-83 gives Android a TI-inspired graphing calculator [App Reviews]

It's a replica of the TI Graphics calculators. Funny that my wife has the original. It looks exactly the same only different size.
