Basically, I have 5 home screens on the Nexus One, and I'd like one of them to ALWAYS be the "Car Home" thing, and another to ALWAYS be the "Clock" (the fullscreen clock with weather, alarm, and your wallpaper behind it).

I have shortcuts to them, but would like to make them "stick" (or "stay on", whatever we consider it).

Any ideas?

Ok, sorry, but what you said is a bit confusing.

If you want to make "another screen" the home screen, I don't think there is an easy way to do it.

I've got a DESIRE, so I can't say for sure.

On mine, the "middle" screen is the "home screen".

So if I want "another" one to be home, it would be the case of moving what I have on the now "home screen" to another one, and putting the apps I want on the "home screen" on that middle screen where you just took everything else off.
