so how can we get it back... i had the same problem. my first g1 phone i downloaded it with no problem. no i cant fine it. i follow some steps and still nothing. does someone have any idea what to do.

the answer is simple: it's been taken off the market. For whatever reason, the dev has removed it.

I have a feeling that the Fbook app is gonna be back soon and it's going to shock alot of people.

Edit: I just came back from Facebook and stumbled on to something, somebody is developing a native Facebook app for android that is a non wrapper you can check it out here: http://fbandroid.wordpress.com/

I got my 1.5 Update this morning too.
I went to reload Fbook as well, noticed it was missing. Search via several keyword combinations and for that Harb's link to the app on Cyrket still works.

I paid for the bloo app and so far I'm very disappointed. Google should offer a 24hr refund. The fbook app was much better but I can't find it anymore.
