Hi all,

I have touchdown installed on my HTC Desire and it connects to my Exchange mailbox - however it does not seem to sync automatically.

For example, if I delete a new email in Touchdown, it does not autosync and when I get back to my desktop PC - the email is still there waiting to be read and unopened.

Can I set Touchdown to instantly sync?

Absolutely though sync isn't always instant.

Are you using ActiveSync or some other connection method?

You might want to try the Touchdown Google Group for troubleshooting assistance.

yeah, it's set to use ActiveSync.

What settings do I need?
