Bluetooth TV remote
I just recently bought a new Vizio LED TV and it's remote connects via bluetooth. I've looked in the marketplace for a app to connect my phone to my TV so I can use it as my remote. Unfortunately I was not able to find one. I noticed that I wasn't the only person that has searched for one.
I've recently started developing my own apps in my free time and kind of have been learning as I go. So I've been thinking about making my own app to do this but what I'm not sure about and haven't been able to find a answer to how to find out the signal that my remote sends to the TV so that I can use that signal in my app.
Can anyone tell me if I'm way off on my thinking or is there a way for me to decode the bluetooth signal from the remote so I can go from there.
Thank you in advance for any posts.
