HTC sync - only some items synced
I am using HTC Sync to synchronise my new HTC Desire Z to Outlook 2003 but not all items are sychronised. Any tips or thoughts on why?
For example, only 3 out of 25 family contacts have come across to the phone. Kind of a pain when I try to call my brother and the number is not in the phone.
I can't can't see a common factor in either the set of contacts successfully synced or the set of contacts not synced.
Any ideas please?
