I need a GOOD (complete and thorough dictionary, good interface, and fast load time of the translated word) translator for EU langs
french
italian
spanish
german
ideally
korean
japanese as well

talking would be a nice feature.

I don't have time to make such an app (unlikke other apps I will be coding).


MAIN FEATURE: it MUST be fully functional WITHOUT internet nor carrier. NO google translate, no online translation. Or it won't work.

Any recommendations? Willing to pay prob up to $30 aud for a good one that fits those (as it would replace pocket electronic translator).

I will not be paying for some developer who merely hijacked pre-existing online translation. Translation msut be local. I'm not going to be like "oh I'll wait for internet connection to translate some phrase" actually internet-based translation apps are one of the most absurd, preposterous, useless, and unreliably silly things I have ever encoutnered. If I wanted to translate on net, I'd use bloody browser.
