I am looking for an Android Notes App that:

1. Can Password the note if needed
2. Has a Desktop Application that I can sync with any of my PCs that I use.
3. Encryption is a want - not a need!

Have seen several that do one or the other but not both. If you know of one, please let me know.

Color Notes seems close:

-Protect your notes by passcode
Password Lock/Unlock note
-Secured backup notes to sd storage
-Supports online back up and sync. You can sync notes between phone and tablet.

And I believe Evernote does it all.
