What game, and what platform is it for? Batch files just contain a list of commands for the computer to follow which will execute the actual program. You can see the commands (assuming you're on a Windows machine) if you right-click on the .bat file and click Edit

Thanks for the reply.

The game is called "Robo Defense". I did not download it through android market because it is not yet available in my country in full version. It is for the android platform.

But it's NOT a .bat-file, my mistake, it's a .BAK-file (=batch-file?).

I usually use the program called eoeAppInstaller when installing games like this, but this program wouldn't accept this file because it's not a .apk-file.

Any ideas which program might do the trick?

.bak is the standard extension used for a back-up file. Could be anything in it really. It might be worth just changing the extension to .apk and trying it

Is it on the phone or your PC at the moment? If it's on the PC, just right-click and hit rename, then change the extension from bak to apk. If it's on the Phone, you need a File Explorer app (I recommend Astro, free on the market). Run Astro, navigate to where the file is stored, then long press on the file until the menu shows up. Press Edit, then Rename, and change the extension from bak to apk. Astro also contains an apk installer, so you can just tap it to try and run it after you've renamed it
