Default Restoring a Samsung Galaxy S II

I have an iPhone and well when a small glitch occurred I simply connect to iTunes and restore the softwear. I was just curious how this can be done on the samsung galaxy sII so incase the software has glitch you can just connect to my Mac and restor the software and all of my saved app and preference.

Why do you even want to think of restoring the whole operating system? You dont need to do that for a minor glitch. Thats just crazy. Even for an iPhone, that process is overkill. If an app has a glitch, just clear that app's data and restart it and usually glitch gone.
