Default No Current Service, SIPDroid + Google Voice

Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated, I've been trying to get this to work for a few days now.

So, my phone plan is currently off. I've got an HTC Evo 4G, Google Voice is installed, SIPDroid is installed, I have a PBXes account, a Callwithus account, an IPKall account, ect. ect. I've also got Google Callback Free installed.

The texting function through Google Voice works perfect over Wifi. I'm trying to get calls via WiFi to work, but I'm having some problems.

Google Voice requires a mobile number that has to be verified to work, and currently my other cell phone that is non-android is in that place.

I'm trying to get it so my EVO rings either solely or as well, when the GV number is called, but I can't get it to ring or dial out. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the fact that my EVO doesn't have a hard number to be called and verify, but it could be a problem with how I entered the IPKall into SipDroid.

Sipdroid has the verified green dot up in the left corner, and its got random numbers@SIP.callwithus.com, then says preferred, so I think I've got that all entered correctly.

Any suggestions on how to fine tune and get this to work, I would be so, so, so thankful
