any way to hide email headers?

Hi, I am using the default gmail app. I often get emails from a mailing list that contains over 150 people... and the long header forces me to scroll down to the bottom before i get to the text of the email. Is there any way to hide email headers (or just the list of recipients) in the default gmail app, or any gmail app?
