Google+ app: recheck photos and upload missing ones
my G+ app in Android seems to be broken.....how to delete info about upload and upload all the missing photos?

1) sometimes I have duplicates in g+ profile (not in phone)
2) missing photos or videos
3) no new uploads
4) in phone always immediately "uploaded" but of course nothing happened
5) even wipe doesn't change anything

of course Ive already tried that many times

so resolved.....the Google disabled uploading from external SD card......is this a joke?
