Where to start.......

At first i thought it was an issue with FriendStream, which was not updating, so i followed the methods already mentioned on here, i.e. removing facebook for htc sense and twitter accounts, clearing the cache of friendstream, signing in to the social networks again and then pressing update on the friendstream widget. One problem though, this does not work, all i get is 'no recent posts' message. Also obviously when i removed my facebook for htc sense account, it removed all my facebook contacts that usually appear in 'people' (i.e. the ones i had linked to facebook) and it also removed peoples birthdays from the calendar, my phone won't resync to update my contacts, and the calendar.

Any tips?

btw my desire is running 2.2 and unrooted.
