Can I de-compile Air to work on an Android phone without installing the Adobe Air player?

I have created an android app in FLASH, I would like to test it on my phone however, it does not support the Adobe Air player that these apps run on! Does anyone know of a way to de-compile the files so that the app will work on any android phone without having to run Adobes Air player?
