Default EVO quick Deposit - Chase

I was a frequent user of Chase's mobil dposit feature, but I now get the following message every time I try to deposit (I have reloaded the App)

There's an error with this deposit. Please click ok to try again. If the error continues, you may need to deposit the check at a Chase branch or ATM

Any ideas on how to resovle this?

I worked with Chase on-line support and they told me what the real error is; the quality of the picture is not acceptable. It may take multiple times of taking the pictures before it is acceptable. Make sure you are not getting any glare from your phone Flash. Dark Background, all 4 corners must be visible. I covered my flash with a peice of paper(reducing glare) and it worked well. Good Luck!

This App has never been able to work with a deposit, I have asked many people and no one has been able to take a clear enough picture. But my camera works fine . I can read the check perfectly , no glare , but when taking it with the app it is blured at the last moment. I have complained to Chase, but they say its the camera. I would really like it if this worked.
