Default Settings in app

I have downloaded an app called Tang Poetry and there is a screenshot showing a settings page to select English. I have searched everywhere for this page and can't find it. Is there a method I don't know about to open a settings option in an app.
Thanks a lot for any help.
John

Usually you just open the app and press the menu key to get to options and settings.

Thank you so much. I am very new to android and just didn't realise there was a menu button on the phone. Brilliant help and so quick.

Not a problem at all. What many of us take for granted as obvious can be very confusing. The context sensitive menu button took me a long time to get used to.
