I have a samsung galaxy epic 4g.

Hey guys, I was wondering. How can I set reminders that don't make noise like alam clocks to remind me to do my daily push ups or to remind me to eat healthy or feed a pet?

I would like it to remind me daily to eat right without it having to be a noisy alarm.

You have various ways to do this. You can use the stock Cal. App. You can download a note taking app and set up reminders. I use these apps: "Cardio Trainer" as my daily reminder to excercise. "Calorific" as my daily calorie/eating reminder log. "Colornote" for reminder note taking.
