App that automatic starts, ends, and sends GPS Automatically.

Hello Android Forums, I have a quick question here.

Do we know of an app that starts GPS tracking on a schedule, and automatically sends a KMZ file to Google mail once the GPS tracking is marked as done? so one can have a complete index-able manageable GPS database? (With speed, time, and notes, and if possible, sound recording)
