Can anyone tell me how to root my Samsung sch-r680? I had a Cricket Huaweii Ascend before and used Z4root mod but that doesn't work on this phone. Any ideas of an app that I might use to root? Thank you. Stephen.

Also, once you've rooted your phone, would you mind dumping the firmware and uploading it somewhere for me?

It was unsuccessful. I did not particularly care for the samsung, so i traded it in for a ascend 2 from us cellular. I had had the ascend one and liked it and had rooted it with z4mod. However, z4mod DID NOT work on the ascend 2. But, happily I found an app that did.
