Try this: Pirates of the Caribbean: Master of the Seas - Recovering an existing profile or pirate name (Android)

If you had previously registered your Pirates of the Caribbean: Master of the Seas pirate name (profile) with your email address, click here for instructions on recovering your profile.
If not, proceed as follows to provide us the required information to help recover your account on your Android device:
Launch the app and create a new pirate name (profile); make a note of it
(NOTE: this profile name should be generic, as it is temporary and will be deleted)
Go to Find Answers
and click on the "Ask a Question" tab
If you already have an account, enter your username and password and click on "Log In"
(Click on "Create a New Account" if you are not registered)
In the question/information field, enter:
- Your full name
- The newly created (temporary) pirate name
- The original pirate name that you wish to recover
- The approximate number of gems associated with the profile prior to recovery
- The approximate date of the last gameplay session
In the "Product" drop-down menu, select Disney Mobile Games > Android OS > Pirates: Master of the Seas
In the "Category" drop-down menu, select General Info
Click on "Continue..."
Once the provided information has been verified, a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process.
