Default adobe flash alternative?

Is there any alternative to the adobe flash player plugin? My phone (Nexus One) has very little memory as it is, and this plugin takes up 13mb. I can't uninstall as I need it, but would definitely try an alternative. Any ideas?

Skyfire browser should be able to play Flash videos without Flash player installed.

Thanks for your replies. UssjTrunks, this leads me to another question then, can I uninstall the stock browser AND Adobe Flash and install Skyfire instead? I hate keeping unnecessary stuff on my phone as it just takes up all the phone memory...

Thanks

you should be able to remove the stock browser if you're rooted. you should also be able to remove flash regardless of root access.
