Exchange e-mail notification does not clear after reading e-mail in outlook
Hello All:
I receive an outlook exchange e-mail - and the e-mail notification properly displays. If I read the e-mail on my PC via Outlook, the notification remains. But, when I open the e-mail app, the message does show as read.
The issue is only with exchange. I also have gmail - which works exactly as it should. The notification clears if you read the e-mail on a PC.
I've seen a few posts about this on various sites, but no answers.
HELP!
