My QR code scanner "Barcode scanner app" not work.

Hi!
I use Android Barcode scanner app for scan QR codes, before few weeks ago it work find. But now its not work for me. Why is that and how do i fix it.

Thanks friend your help! But now i thing there is a configuration issue. Now it work fine!
