Can anyone suggest a free form design and submit app for a smartphone?
I must to collect 8 numeric values (kWh meters) once per month add date and save data as csv into my device. For instant or later transfer to my PC and import to Excel.

It looks like sequential screens with Meter name label and data field to enter numbers, followed by a screen Date "now" and finally "Save" :-)

Where Android Market doesn't make any sense - offers hundreds hits but no good description and no info what really is free. Many applications claimed to be free offer only a free trial ... and others require keeping data only in their Internet servers, where access is very limited.
