Default [App help] Opera Mobile browser displaying Google image search results as tablet

For some reason Opera Mobile is recognizing my 3D as a tablet. When I do a google search and choose images, they are all displayed in a format for tablets. At the bottom of the page it gives tablet and classic as the options for format. Both Dolphin and the stock browsers are fine. They both have mobile and classic options as they should. Any ideas what is going on? Browsing images is difficult in tablet format on a phone. This has been happening for maybe 2 weeks and to my knowledge until a day or so ago Opera had not had an update. It has had an update in the last day or so but it made no difference.

There's a setting to choose mobile or desktop. It's set on mobile and hasn't ever been touched

Tried uninstalling, downloading and re-installing to no avail. Still showing image search results as a tablet instead of a phone.
