This is really annoying. Every app that is compatible with my phone (S2) is "incompatible" when I look at the paid version. I set up a working google checkout account as well, can anyone tell me what is wrong? I am pretty sure that if I can run the base version I can run the purchasable one (as I said, this is for EVERY app not just one).

It could be a country limitation. I hear some countries in the Middle East are like this, paid apps aren't available for their country.

Im not in the middle east, I'm from EU (Montenegro).

I'm not saying that this happens only in the Middle East. Check with your other friends as well if they can purchase apps. If not, then likely you also can't get paid apps in Montenegro.
