Default PDF bookmark, highlight and notes?

Is there an application to allow you to set a bookmark, write notes, or highlight text in a PDF file?

Does anyone know if either of these will it run on a rooted sony prs-t1? and will it maintain the panning and zooming of the sony (non-rooted) reader?
