is there any free apps where you can get icons to make your app icons stand out more and look better? not that there is anythin wrong with the current icons but wouldnt mind lookin at others

If you are using the stock launcher, you can't change the icons. You can if you are using a different launcher like GO Launcher which has available icon theme packs.
