Question About phone / Battery use

Hello,

I am very curious to learn what is the source for an inaccuracy that I noticed on my phone in connection to the About phone / Battery use application. The total (summed up) percentage of all the items that use the battery and that are displayed in that list usually goes one or two percent over 100%. For example, at this particular moment, the list reads as follows: Cell standby 50%, Phone Idle 48% and Display 3%. Thus, the overall percentage is 101%. Is it how it is meant to be? If not, what could be the issue that causes this? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830, and the OS is Android 2.3.4. Thank you in advance for any clarification on this matter!

They're rounded up to the nearest one. For example it coule be 49.7 + 47.6 + 2.7, which is 100%, but since its rounded up, you get the values you see.
