Default disable power button app?

It seems that small java patch from xda forum created to disable power button on my sensation just wont work at all, is there a app to disable power button for waking up sensation(stock rom)
and use volume up/down instead? .. damn thing (power button) acts very strange, sometimes needs to be pushed 5-6 times to reach sense lock screen ..

thanks!

I know this pain. Is it like the screen flicks on and off very quickly? Happens on my Evo 3D, too. I've learned to just keep the button in for a half-second more than just a quick press and it seems to help a lot.

Not what you're looking for, I know, but it helps.
