Default Do any mp3 player apps have memories so you don't lose your place with long audio files?

I prefer to listen to my textbooks rather than read them. Problem is, most chapters are 1 hour to 3 hours. I've tried the onboard mp3 player for Motorola Defy's and Win Amp, but with each of them, if it accidentally gets shut off and you don't know where you were in the audio, you're just out of luck. Is there an mp3 app out there that will load right where you left off if it gets shut down? Thanks!

Did you try Google Listen? I recall that it picks up where you leave off at (unless my memory has totally failed, which is possible )

I use Mort Player Audio Books for listening to audio books - it works very well at doing exactly what you want. You can also set bookmarks to save your place.

If its in MP3 format, PowerAmp Pro should do it for you. When you pause playback, it pickes up right were you left off. It can play for hours, without a problem.

You could also try breaking up the files with an MP3 splitter-type program. Might make it easier to manage.
