Default Remotely activate call/text forwarding

I would like to be able to tell my primary phone to activate call forwarding from the phone I use at work.

I have tried "forgot your phone" and "call forward". Both of them work the same way. They don't activate call forwarding but they do have your phone text call information (when and who) and texts to the number you designate.

You set up a PIN on your phone. Then you text a code to your phone including your PIN and the number you want the texts delivered to.

The problem is that neither works. I've emailed the developers with no reply.

Any advice on these programs?
Any other apps you'd recommend?
