Hi

My DHD has keeps developing this annoying problem. I am not sure if it's the phone or BT Yahoo.

I use 2 emails accounts on my DHD. My Googlemail onje I set up when I got the phone & my BT Yahoo one (which my home one etc).

The googlemail one works fine no probs. However, more then often when sending from my BT Yahoo one I get message can't send due to authentication. I have to keep going through the set up process. It's ok for a week then it happens again.

It's getting annoying now as, I often have to cut and paste the contents across to my googlemail one and send from that.

Is this a common problem or could it be my email server?

I'd hazard a guess and say this is an issue with the app as opposed to the phone itself.

many thanks for the reply.

This can be closed now. I have found out the problem. BT Yahoo changed the outgoing server address. I made the change & everything seems to be working ok now.
