Pirates of the Caribbean not loading
If anyone else on here plays this game, did it suddenly stop working for you yesterday? I know the servers were undergoing a migration recently (end of January) and I believe that has now been completed because the game was running again. Yesterday, the game told me it was updating, and then it ran normally for a little while, but then it stopped working and now every time I try to run it, once the title screen's "loading bar" fills up, the game exits. Never had this happen before.
Tech support at Disney told me to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app because they don't know what's going on. I'm thinking there may be a better solution which is why I'm asking here...is there some way I can clear its cache or something, before trying to uninstall/reinstall? (I'd rather leave that as the last step because I might lose my profile if I do.)
And if I go to the app's info screen under Manage Applications, what does it mean if I "Clear Data"?
