YES YOU CAN / NO YOU CANN’T


Android phone or tablet OS, can upgraded from internet?
if yes from what ver of Android?

Yes you can, but if you subsequently add it to the Market, you won't be able to update the exisiting app on your phone.

Check the setting in your phone's menu to allow install of non-market apps.

this (non-market apps) implies/includes all java me apps?

You really couldn't research that on your own?... I'll tell you anyway. It installs any .apk (app) files directly from your computer to your Android device.
